Who we are

ASFARO Edu is operated by ASFARO Metric Consulting Limited, with offices in Vancouver, Canada and Abuja, Nigeria. You can reach us about privacy at info@asfaroedu.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, optional phone number, where you're based, a short introduction, what you'd like help with and, for families, the student's grade and areas of interest. If you book a call, our booking provider collects your name, email and chosen time.

Because we work with young people, we ask that students under 16 complete the form with a parent or guardian.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
• If you become a client, to deliver and manage the services you've chosen.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find us, so we can improve the website.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by our website host and delivered to our business email. Bookings are handled through Google Calendar. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you don't become a client, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@asfaroedu.com. We follow the privacy laws that apply to our work, including British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, Canada's PIPEDA and Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023.
